» DRESS CODE?

Dress to impress. The male dress code is “business casual.” You don’t have to wear a tie, but dress like you are applying for a management position. (That means: no hats, tennis shoes/sandals/work boots, shorts, T-shirts, jerseys, athletic attire, denim jeans, baggy pants, etc.) A collared button-down shirt and nice slacks is ideal. Please, gentleman, this is strictly enforced.

The female dress code is – Dress to impress.

» ZERO COVID RESTRICTIONS

While we recommend getting vaccinated we do not have any official protocols. There is no mask mandate. We have reduced capacity for 2022-2023.

» I purchased my ticket and never received it?

Your tickets were emailed to you automatically.  Please check your spam box or junk mail.  If you are still unable to locate your order please contact the provider you purchased through, Eventbrite, directly. See below for their contact information.

» My CC keeps getting declined?

You must enter in the exact address that is on file with your CC company.  Any variation will return a false card denial. Please contact your CC company to obtain your address on file.

» Will there be food?

Pizza will be served starting around 10pm. $5 per slice- cash only.

» Will there be security at the event?

Yes, we have staffed an entire security team including 5 off-duty police officers to ensure the safety of all our guests.

» CAN I UPGRADE TO A VIP TICKET?

YES, please email us at comments@bordaproductions.com to purchase your upgraded VIP ticket.

» Will there be Ubers/Lyfts/cabs/limos available?

Yes, we have notified major cab companies about the event.   It is advised to plan ahead for transportation. Make sure to call your transportation at least 3o minutes prior to your departure. DO NOT DRIVE – learn more here.

» Is there a coat check?

Yes, a coat check will be provided for $4 for each article of clothing or item.

» What is the cost of drinks?

ZERO.  Unlimited drinks (Liquor, Beer, Wine) are included in the ticket price.

» Where can I get tickets?

This year the only way to purchase tickets is directly through our website.  We do not advise purchasing tickets from third parties or any other website as they may be counterfeit.  ALL tickets will be scanned in order to enter.

» Can I bring in outside food or drink?

No outside food or drink of any form may be brought in.  This includes water.

» Is there a smoking area?

Yes, we have added a designated outdoor smoking area to the event this year.

» Where can we sit?

There are over 1,000 seats available in the main ballroom.

» Can I leave the event and re-enter?

Yes, but make sure to keep your wristband on at all times.

» If I put my wristband on too tight or too loose or if I lose it can I get another one?

No, due to fraud and official capacity counts no additional wristbands will be given out.  Make sure to put your wristband on correctly and comfortably.

» Who should I contact during the event if I have an issue or problem?

Please notify the nearest security officer, police officer, or management staff.

» Can I wear hats or boots?

No baseball hats or work boots but other hats and dress boots may be accepted at the discretion of security.

» Can I wear jeans?

No Jeans.  NO exceptions, please.  This is STRICTLY ENFORCED.

» What happens at midnight?

The event features a unique countdown utilizing a massive ball drop consisting of 9 ft. large balloons, confetti cannons, and a light show.

» When is last call and when is the party over?

The last call takes place at 2 AM and the party is over promptly at 2:30 AM. City law states everyone must be cleared out of the building at 2:30am. Make sure to call your transportation at least 3o minutes prior to your departure.
